3 Stages To Heal Your Broken Heart

Have you ever been heart broken before? I mean real heart broken, the one that makes you lose appetite, the one that gives you sleepless nights, convincingly turning you into a shadow of yourself…?

you think the whole world has come to an end. If you have traveled through these periods of trauma you will understand how painful, frustrating, and sad it made you feel.

Many heat broken persons find it so hard to get their life back together because of the pains associated with broken relationship. the causes of the subject matter itself has been dealt with extensively by experience coaches in relationship matters, but little has been literally said about the stages to heal a broken heart.

Here are the stages to your healing

The first task you need to embark on your healing process is

To admit it has happened!.

Do you really want to heal? Then you need to forget the past and accept the reality, accepting the reality means you will not hear from, speak, or communicate one way or another, to your once sweet heart. At least for a while..

If you decide that probably there is still a chance somewhere, someday, living in a fools paradise; then what you will experience is sheer disappointment. and your heart will only continue to suffer.

But when you come in term with the fact that your partner is not going to share your bed, and especially your heart anymore only then will your heart submit to healing.

The next stage in your healing process after admitting the separation is not to do what others in your shoes would have done and that is locking themselves up somewhere in their rooms and just moose over the romance. at times contemplating suicide at times murder.

Now what you do is open all your window blinds and let sunshine in, then go out very more often, meet your old friend, go out to movies together, hang out with them more often, if you are lucky enough to have a friend that is funny then you are better for it.

When you hang out more with your friends the minutes and hours you would have wasted if you were to be at home all locked up in your room thinking about your lose is spent happily with your friends.

The last stage I want to mention here is after you have admitted that your relationship is broken, you use the opportunity to meet with old friends [not relatives] definitely you will meet new friends, when you make new friend you are more matured and careful to go into another relationship, but hey you need to get into a relationship one day then why not now.

So make lots of friend and find yourself a new romance. there are many of them out there who are also looking forward to getting into a relationship with you all you have to do is accept you need a new relationship with someone else.
